Learnings from video- 1. Never ever ask anyone what to do. Do multiple things. Someone can help you when you are at a certain stage in a particular field. Nobody can help if you are 0 in a field. 2. If you constantly ask everyone, you can be trapped in a situation where you can become a victim of somebody's agenda. He/She can sell you courses or something from which the so-called helper will be benefitted. 3. Do a job in the initial years of your career to learn so that later you can do something on your own. 4. Whatever profession you choose, talk to people with at least 10 years of experience in that field so that you get a clear picture of what life looks like in that profession and what is future opportunities. Avoid talking to people with 2-3 years of experience. They carry Chauffer's knowledge. 5. Last but not least, avoid endless exam preparation in your 20s and early 30s. If you want give 2-3 attempts that's all.

Use this time to the fullest. U can go on a vacation or staycation for a while and try learning different things which are not related to your field. Focus on food, exercise, meditation, good health and environment. Try reading books that inspire you or that helps in introspection . Try changing things you don't like and thay which practically are not good. Introspect and try things that make you a better person. Learn from persons or situations that inspire you. You will become healthier mentally and physically and become stronger and ready to face anything that falls your way. All the best.

Sir ,you are correct . Colleges ,teachers are also responsible for spoiling lives of students by giving them wrong thoughts. One of the worst example for this topic is colleges of b.arch (architecture) ,almost all teachers in b arch colleges are frustrated type people who have failed in getting anything in thier actual field work ,but they nurture ego of students and they teach them to keep hyper ego which is actuely a foolish ,criminal thing . They also teach students to keep enmity with civil engineers ( as they can't match with thier mathematical technical capacity) . Most architects spent thier 1st 20 years in egoistic illusion and not in real world. I have seen this since 1990 . Iam not against anyone but unfortunately many degrees are practically not upto needed level of knowledge for industry but those degree holders are given licence to work in industry which is creating hypocrisy.

Guruji, U r bang on. Yonugsters try to copy successful relatives without knowing their ability and relevance in today's times. I was in Indian Navy and my nephew saw the ship Like Air craft carrier and tried his level best to get in armed forces as an officer. Every time he used to pass in Written but rejected in SSB ( interview). Once I got to know that he is incapable, I told him forget this u concentrate on soem other profession. But he was so enamored by life style of Defence that he kept trying for 7 years. Fortunately good sense prevailed and now he is having a reasonably good job. I will tell u another extreme example. My cousin had got good % age in 10 th SSC. He was studying in college. Fir fun hebhad applied for P & T dept. Based on his % age he got call to join P & T dept. His eealtives told him leave college and join because it is very difficult to get Govt job these days. He left coege and joined. Now all his life he is repenting because his friends much lesser in intelligence as well as other aspects have got much better jobs. Of story relates to 1980s and may not be relevant today. I liked ur startegy for the Youth in today's time. Thanks.

Sir i’m on the way what you are speaking about. I’m practicing civil engineer in tier two city in association with some architects. You were talking about civil engineer in a video of yours. Please make a separate video specifically on CIVIL ENGINEERING and its aspects and future opportunities. That video will rock. You told in that video that type CE in comments and there are hardly 4-5 comments on that video writing CE in comments. Very few people already in the field and having 10 years exp would give honest opinion (esp in sarkari setup group A). The system and 60 year tenure and all that comes with it prevents people from criticizing it or telling the real story. For group B and lower, things are different and they might tell the real story. Lekin sabko to IAS ban na hai na. Even if one gives honest opinion, the recipient might come back and say aapka to exam nikal gaya, mere ko demotivate kyu kar rahe ho
