Characters act very differently for no reasons (Daenerys going rogue with very little foreshadowing, Jaime going back to Cersei, Littlefinger and Tyrion acting stupid all of sudden, Bran, who explicitely gave up his birthright to Winterfell since now he was the third eyed raven and never wanting to rule somehow becomes king and also him not doing anything during the fight against the night king etc. etc.) The plot and strategy also went downhill and for a show that had so much potential it's very sad to see that it ended rushed.

In fact I actually was wondering if she was going to go down that same path (being that she’s the daughter of the mad king), I figured maybe it’s genetic. And then over time you saw her show less and less mercy to people. THAT was the foreshadowing, idk how you missed that. Jaime going back to Cersei, I can admit, was a little odd For littlefinger, if his last moments are considered stupid to you, then he was stupid the entire show. It’s just that now he got caught up in his trickery. How exactly was Tyrion acting stupid? “Somehow becomes king”, in my opinion he’s the best fit. He isn’t oblivious, gullible, nor is he likely to make error. He’s the third eyed raven for goodness sake. He can see into the past, present, AND future, making him the best candidate to determine what will end up being the best for the realm and also the best to stop people like Littlefinger from telling lies and tearing everything apart. Not to mention he’s barely affected by human emotion anymore. He recognizes it, but he understands the greater good. Also “him not doing anything during the fight against the Night King”………… WHAT DO YOU WANT HIM TO DO?!?!?! GET UP AND GO KILL SOME WHITE WALKERS!?!?!?🤣🤣🤣 #disabled and plus he probably already knew the outcome of that situation, him doing anything different probably would have ruined everything and caused everyone to die. It was him sitting there doing nothing under the tree that made it possible for Arya to sneak up and land the kill. Overall it’s not as bad as everyone is saying it is.

@Xic D 1. You do realize that they aren’t going to EVERY SINGLE TIME SOMEONE TRAVELS NORTH OR SOUTH. That’s just a waste of time, instead they do little moments where they show someone leaving. Or just that the next to no importance of showing they’re travels, for the sake of the surprise of them being in a different place. 2. Bran, being the three-eyed-raven, sees the past, present and future. He most likely saw that he would end up as king and that for the benefit of the realm taking that course would be the go-to. Now if he DID decide to be lord of winter fell and not take the throne, then something worse could have happened. But since he’s the three-eyed-raven, that would be very bad on his part since he would have seen it coming and could have done something to stop it. 3. I’m my opinion Jaimes character arc wasn’t SUPPOSED to be complete. There was a big buildup to a hopeful redemption, but in the end his love for Cercei won over him, which is a VERY realistic outcome. Love perseveres. My point for this is that JUST because someone STARTS a character arc doesn’t mean the character arc MUST be completed. An incomplete/broken character arc makes for the whole idea that it’s not always a happy ending, and for you to expect that from a show like GOT is gullible and foolish on your part. 4. It’s also foolish to assume that when the idea to use the scorpions was first proposed, they just decided to keep the exact same design and not change ANYTHING at all, already knowing how long it took to reload. They only had a few when it was proposed, so obviously they made more of them to be used in war. When they made more to be used in the war, it’s VERY likely that they made huge improvements to the design of it so that it would work faster. THATS HOW DESIGN PROCESSES WORK. If you’re in a war, you make whatever improvements you can. I don’t think it’s so far fetched to assume that they could have come to the same conclusion that they need to upgrade the scorpions. It’s common sense really. 5. The literal entire time throughout the show, Jon’s whole value system was that he was LOYAL and stood up for the greater good. The ENTIRE time, that’s how he was. The same thing was shown at castle black when he was often treated harshly by Allister Thorne, it could have been very easy for Jon to just start giving him what he deserved once he became lord commander, but he didn’t because he was loyal and honored his oath to the nights watch as their brothers. Although the didn’t explicitly say it, that was the case. And in the case where he pledged allegiance to Daenerys, why would you assume that he would just go back on that. If you believe that he should have said something else, feel free to leave your suggestions in your reply. 6. That’s very vague and not specific. Do you have any examples of when someone’s dialogue was “so damn bad”?

Yeah it was a great Battle, GoT pulled away around the end of season 5 of TWD after they killed off about some great major characters, I also think with the hype of GoT ending and it's finale season really helped it stay on top. We'll see if TWD can swing back as the tv series is coming to the end very soon with 2-3 movies coming out following.

I didn’t watch Game of thrones until the last season was released, but I know I searched that title a few times before. So probably many times TWD was trending was because a character died or because the previous episode ended on a cliffhanger. Although it’s impressive how many searches ‘Friends’ considered it aired 20 years ago.
