I really support women after maternity breaks and health issues to have flexible work environment, But only to the honest women. I am men in Accenture at manager level, but the problem lies with girls who are not honest in work but when questioned on their work they get emotional, and the problem with HR is when a women just cries for no reason then the supervisor or manager will be terminated with immediate effect and that to without justification, which is horrible.

you unethically laid off ppl without any prior notice , don't you think it will create panic amongst the existing employees....might end up losing a huge chunk of your workforce a major percentage of which is from India....your reputation is already tarnished beyond repair....now face the forthcoming litigations....now your credibility as an IT giant is zero
