Very inspiring. Thank you! I recently interviewed for a job and got an offer. I built up the courage to for the first time ever, negotiate my compensation and asked for $1 more than they were offering me. They got back to me days later via email informing me they were actually going to outsource the role. This left me very confused because they decided to outsource because of $1. But then I just realized they were probably just "offended" that I dared ask for more money. This is a company I know, for a fact, negotiates pay with men all the time. It's okay because now I am more serious than ever to not settle nor sell myself cheap.

I’m currently 22 and have owned my own business since I was 20. I sometimes feel alone in the sense of my age and that I’m a woman vs how serious I take my craft and how far that’s gotten me. Ugh! This is the pep talk I need at 9AM. I am working in an industry where there's literally just 3 women in a room full of men. Many times I was tempted to reduce myself and not be too much: too bold, too loud, too difficult, too colorful (I like wearing loud coloured suits lol) so that I would be taken seriously. Thankfully, I have a very good woman mentor and I saw in her all the qualities I thought I should be toning down. And these women revalidates those qualities that instead of toning down, I could use to my advantage.

@cubanita3656 жыл бұрын
How far along are you? If you're almost finished you might as well stick it out and continue! If you were just starting or had a very long way to go I'd say just focus on your business. But if you've already gone a long way into your studies, do both! This is just my opinion though. At the end of the day, listen to that little nagging voice in your head (the one that won't shut up about what it really wishes to do no matter how hard you try to silence it). That voice is telling you the right path for you. I'm a strong believer that if a thought or idea persists in your head, then it's for a reason.

There’s a lot of money flowing into stocks, I started the year with $7,000 portfolio and it’s grown to $64,000. investors are currently identifying key stocks with strong organic growth rates which should drive strong cash flow and capital returns in 2022.

I might be wrong!!! The secret was the nugget. None of them said one thing. How do you get your product into distribution???? How do you get into mass production??? Where do you get a manfaturer?? How do you find the money for such a growth. They all always talk the " Gloss" but they NEVER!!! tell the true story of the step to step resource to get to the money! Yes, drive, passion, enthusiasm, motivation, discipline, perseverance, consistency are the mental attribute for success. The tools is what they NEVER show or share.

Independency would boost your self confidence. Mrs. Trish Tyler, my financial expert, made me understand that investing is the best way to attain independency. I invested $700 to the index funds and in 7days time I made over $1500 profit. I'm glad I make good money at the comfort of my home.
