*MOST TOXIC SKILL BUILD IN THE GAME* The Division 2 - Creeping Death Build & Gameplay

I have a build like this with a vile mask and the eclipse chest piece. Fun fact the riot foam also triggers the creeping death talent so if you want to be really toxic use a riot foam with a flame thrower turrent and a scorpio shotgun. I made that build specifically so I can clear Legendary Summit and District Union faster but I used it yesterday in the dz when a 3 man turned on me when I was solo. Its basically cheating

If you equip the pistol that has +1 skill tier on it, it opens up more options for a better backpack. Cool build btw!

The counter would be rolling full hazard protection with as much crit and crit damage as you can squeeze in while rerolling core attributes for armor so you get a good shield + high armor. You will be giving up some crit damage because the mods for mask, chest, and bag need to be burn protection mods

I would like to point out if you're using the fire starter chem if you double tap the skill button it's assigned to after shooting the chem on the ground it will ignite the gas cloud, no need to shoot it.

Negative. One bullet from test subject can give you up to 40% skill damage. You need 40 bullets from the capacitor to get anything close to that. Test subject is easier to proc

Yes it will provoke more skill damage up to 60% instead of 40% better used in pve but is not to hard to proc in pve since only 26 bullets is needed to match perfect insinc shooting a foam shot at your enemy while running this build should make panic and allow you to get more shots off and more dmg

Also if running capacitor you will get more dmg through your gun and since 7.5% weapon dmg is granted per skill tier resulting in 45% more weapon dmg on your gun compared to 40% from insinc and you have to think once they know your a skill build emp will be on you more often allowing you to not proc any skills I. Pvp and no weapon dmg is granted. When using a skill build like this you have to keep distance so using capacitor will allow for more dmg without proving a skill but require some effort in getting to equal stacks or max stacks compared to in sync

The capacitor also comes with 12% dta. DTA increase status effect damage significantly

Have you tried the eclipse backpack with glass cannon? The backpack also has 30% amplified damage, giving you 55%

I have made numerous builds like that. But that’s not the point Greg. The point is, like I say in the thumbnail, the reason I hate creeping death build. Look up my eclipse builds

Not really no. Unless you replace the wyvern and go pure status with no skill damage

Would you say that PVE wise, like in heroic or legendary's. Is the build with vile + golan holster + 4x eclipse better than this one? Or is this one better pve wise?

This one is mainly to apply status to everyone. If you want more weapon damage or skill damage, you’ll need to tweak the build to fit your vision

On the lower difficulties it’s really fun. But one you hit heroic, it’s really way too slow a build for efficient play.

Pestilence is a debuff not a status effect. So doesnt work with creeping death or the gear set in that way

Skill damage and Status effect damages the problem not creeping death. And it has been for some time they got a dial back and balance for PVP Fallenaces xbox

That might be true. But all skills are OP at the moment. As long as you spec fully into a certain skill, you’re good to go.

Skill builds in PvP is for cowards. Most of the time they play long range hidden....this is the main reason (with cheaters also) why I am not playing anymore for the moment...

@@Kamikazevondoom it isn't a matter to adapt, I've a build with status effects mitigation (90%) but I prefer gun fights and skills require no skill to kill people in mass! The balance between guns and skills is totally unfair following me. And I'm bored with people losing 1 life and immediately uses skill builds so they will kill you from far and out of sight the time you realize they changed their build...more than 1 year in PvP in The Division 2 and I'm done with this for the moment as the scheme will not change and is even getting worst. Skills builds are like sniper builds but with very much ease as you even do not need to touch the guy for having a kill...come on Warzone or Apex, you'll see the difference. Apart cheaters this is true PvP in my vision. I will make a livestream tonight on Warzone, it is hard and I am not good at all but it is funnier I think.
