In my opinion, Face-Pulls are underrated. Great for overall joint health and did wonders on my Delt development.

I been doing pike pushups just about everyday and they've been making my shoulders stronger and pop more,just remember when you lower to move your head away/behind from your hands and to stack your elbow and wrist.

100% pull-ups. I think a lot of people shy away from them because they’re difficult. However, even doing assisted pull-ups… absolute game changer. Essential for a back day.

Most under rated exercise is skull dumbbar crushers 90000xd 4000 juicer. It helps with depression

Most people genuinely can't. Also its tough to find the proper place to cram your heels. However, if your gym has a glute ham raise machine it's a must imo sadly most gyms don't have them
