Squats had sucked the life force out of me before. Takes a lot of maintenance and various stuff to maintain, but yet, it also doesn't

Gotta Squat. Mostly SSB these days because of shoulders. I Floor Press when I physically can but more often do DB Inclines. I rarely do conventional Deads any more. I do RDLs and Trap Bar Deads. I like Rack Pulls or RDLs after Squats and then Leg Press

i’ve been recently in the past year doing sumo and have gotten up to 510, i feel like my hamstrings have increased a lot in size compared to when i wasn’t implementing deadlift into my programming

Bench is the most fun and squats have the most Carry over. Chances are if you're good at squats you're really strong everywhere else

Oberst was talking about NFL players who have hundreds of millions invested in them training for a max deadlift isn't a great idea, and the internet clipped it off they way they did and ran with it. Otherwise he said it's fine.. lol

No to squat… curved spine from car accident. The pressure hurts - glad I never liked it! 😜 Loved bench since high school, I’m 50:and going back for the 300lb at 150lb body weight. (No crazy arches..was not a thing in GenX - at least not at our competitions)
