I was using Confidence before I got the Strike rune, and don't you think it's a better rune (at least for more DPS)? Or the Barrier Regen immunity means I don't regen barrier when I got hit in my HP?

Barrier regen and HP regen are separate stats. Only Wands can roll Barrier Absorb, if not you have to use other methods like the Barrier Absorb, Awakened Preserve Mana, Overflower Energy, etc.

@@spiritlibra8396 I know, I mean the status effect caused by the Confidence rune, which is Barrier Regen Immunity. I saw it goes in the debuff area, that's why I was in doubt if it blocks my barrier regen when it went out and I got hit with full HP. Maybe it's a counter to have a higher DPS. You hit hard, but in the other hand, your barrier stops regen for 2s. Do you understand like this too?

You get Chain Lightning from the Rune Mystic, You can get Sacred Light from Magic Synthesis.

This build is still very strong. Although Charge Release is a better trigger than Lightning Chain now.

I chose Verity as the less number of target I hit with Chain Lightning, the more damage. My damage is already strong enough to do maps, so I went for more single target damage with Lightning Chain.

You need Spell Activation on Hit or Spell Activation on Channeling.

Lightning Chain is newbie friendly, but Sacred Light is not that newbie friendly. Reason being that Sacred Light can only be obtained via Synthesis of magic grade skill runes. Sacred Light also requires you to stand still and attack to build up damage, At 5:00 Cast Speed, you need to stand still for 2.5 Seconds. But if you are a new player, you average around 2 Cast Speed. You will need around 6 Seconds to fully charge up the skill. Every 5 units you move, you lose 1 stack of bonus damage, Sacred Light stacks up to 30 times. Although you can mitigate this downside of having to stack by awakening this rune to its " Source " awakening, you need to be at least level 78 to do so. Lightning Chain is newbie friendly as you can clear the campaign and early chaos dungeons with it very easily. Its large AoE helps a lot, people normally combine Lightning Chain with either Fireball + Parallel Multishot or Charge Release eairly on. This allows you to farm up the materials and once you are stronger after enchanting your runes and equipment, than switch to Sacred Light. Hope this help.
