I've posted on every video that I could find on this model that it needs a televator. It's so silly to have opposing slides just to put a room divider in the middle of it. I LOVE everything else about this trailer and will likely trade in my white hawk 27RB for this one if they add a televator. Thanks so much Josh!!

I like this model. The only thing I think it’s “missing out on” is a place for the trash. I currently have a 2018 Jayco 32RBW and the under sink are isn’t huge, but I can fit a small trash can. I follow your videos bcuz you show the good, bad, and the ugly. Looking for my next new RV even tho I’m in Cali.

YESSSSS! A video on the pros and cons of each kind of slide. Heard that a lippert slide is the best. But waiting for you're input. You are the prettty much the only one that will give the bad with the good and I appreciate that. Love the road mode segment! Access while the slides are closed is very important to me. So this is a no go for me.

I absolutely love this floorplan. I loved it when it was made in older 5th wheels and i love this even more. I would love them to put the fuse box somewhere else though if possible. The no waste basket space isnt a deal breaker and you could probaly diy a space. Definitely need to do a slide types video, also it was great to see Hunter and savannah! Thanks for the tour nerd! 😎

Well done Josh! We purchased this model at the Hershey RV show and took possession of it in late November. Absolutely love it! This is the floorplan my wife and I envisioned several years ago when we bought our first RV. Was nothing close so we ended up with a Rockwood 2513s. Traded that in for this. Only wanted to add two things- The pantry is larger than it appears as it wraps around another foot behind the door. The shower door is a self-cleaning retractable screen. It is infused with silver ions which they claim makes it “anti-microbial”. That was a big deal for my wife who hated cleaning the glass doors in the 2513S :) If they do intent to change the TV to a televator, then I’m glad we got this version! We love the separation the entertainment/kitchen wall provides. In fact, we plan to install small kitchen cabinets in place of that metal shelf on that wall. Just needed a bit more storage in the kitchen. Always look forward to your RV reviews!!

This one is fantastic, we both like it a lot! It might need a little more time in the oven, though. The bedroom closets could stand to reach the ceiling, for starters, but all in all the floorplan is practically perfect for us and the overall look greatly appeals to the other half. The fresh water capacity seems a bit lacking, which I guess is an us problem since we're not content to be pavement princesses all the time. This RV is stunning. The fresh design and colors are wonderful. Personally, I would switch the design of the desk around, putting the drawers to the left and the chair to the right. I would want to use this space as a sewing area and this would allow the needed work space for a sewing machine. I'm also never a fan of the bathroom sink being butted up to a side wall, but in this case, I'm not sure there is a better way to lay out this space. I absolutely love everything else! Alrighty Josh, very interesting floor plan for sure. I do like the fact that the kitchen is directly across from the living room and vice versa. I don’t know that I’m really crazy about the lack of space in the living room part where the theater chairs are. When you extended it, you would be hard-pressed to get by The foot extender. The bathroom is fantastic I think. And I think it’s about time they started listening to us about getting us taller showers. Lol. The bedroom is OK although like you said I would prefer having some more overhead cabinets. But overall, it’s pretty good. So probably not really my cup of tea but very nice. My preferences are to have a rear or mid kitchen and a living room rear or mid. To me it just gives you more room to maneuver. On the divider wall in the kitchen, I wish they had put something like a spice rack on there. I really like the open window concept. Lots of scenic viewing. And I love the office table. That’s exactly what I would need.

Thanks Nerd! I love the idea of a slide video. This is an interesting floor plan and I do like it. Understandable that solar is not for everyone and it is easier to prep and let the consumer make those decisions. I am not in love (even considering the camera distortion) with that upholstery color. The exterior refrig, due to losing kitchen in road mode, I think is a good idea if someone goes solar/invertor since I bet it is not 12V. This is a great model for that length and I can't wait to hear how they are going to change this prototype over time.

Interesting concept. The cargo capacity is impressive. Kitchen storage leaves a lot to be desired. The accu-slide is a solid NO. If you do a video on slide types, make sure to talk about care and maintenance (seals, lubricating mechanisms, re-tensioning of cables, etc.)

It is confined for sure. Entire model is squished down to get under 30ft so stuff gets tight. But opposing slides in 30ft is quite the accomplishment

@@JoshtheRVNerd yes that is true. First trailer we have ever owned that we actually can head out for a 6 or 8 week trip and have empty storage space. In general this 26RBS is holding up very well too. About 30,000 miles on it and over 300 nights in the thing and nothing has really needed repair, other than a couple of items that were simply incorrectly assembled from the get go (and repaired on warranty within a few weeks of purchase). Other than tightening a few screws here and there it has been solid. Hoping it keeps up that way for awhile yet, as we really like it.

Hey Josh, I like the Floorplan on this. It is different but that's what gives it an edge. The cargo capacity is a big plus. I would be living in it. On the solar, everyone will be different so just making it prepped for big solar, that would work. I would be boondocking so I would need a lot. I think its growing on me. The first thing I thought was...COOL! But wait, there's a wall. 😑 Televator makes 100% sense and will make it 100% better. You're right, it's a 'miss' in the bedroom , eliminating the overhead cabinets. I usually enjoy the way VIBE does the non-symmetrical bedroom, with the hanging closet on one side and none on the other, with the overhead cabinets above the bed. I think they should (or I would if I owned it) -omit the desk (in the floor plan I don't like it) and the outside fridge, to give me a place for a hide-a-bed. Overall, I really like this floorplan. It's unique and fun. Thanks Josh! I'm going to drop this comment into every single one of your VIBE videos, hoping Forest River/VIBE picks it up. BRING BACK THE 24X floor plan! There’s so much amazing about this floor plan and yet desperately needs a redesign. The bedroom storage is plain ugly and the swinging bathroom door has to go. You are correct about that fuse panel, it’s really in a bad spot. My other issue is with the solid step. It hangs very low so it appears if I tried to lower it over a curb when pulling into my neighborhood, I may not be able to open the door properly.

I like the out of the box thinking. I'm not fond of the TV wall and think the televator will be much better with keeping an open feel. I like the Roman style shades. I don't like the shower surrounds with soap dish in the middle of the long wall. The hanging storage is ok but the trailer really needs cabinets over the bed. To bad that the slide block kitchen access as they did a good job of keep the fridge from being blocked by the peninsula. I wouldn't tow this with a 1/2 ton.

Been looking at trailer vs 5th wheel and this is the first trailer that I've loved...except for the front door. Not a fan of the glass front doors and the other handle that is out is SO much better for those with mobility issues. Would love to see the final product fix those major issues.

Secondly, they will record every single fingerprint of every person going in and out and thirdly (is that a word?) I've never wanted a glass door as my front door...feels unsafe. This is such a great trailer but we'd probably pass due to the door issue.

Please make a cable slide video. They are like voodoo weird science physics stuff to me and I have one on my trailer. No idea what to watch for and what to not do with the slide so any info would be helpful. Do you grease the cables? Do you clean it? It seems to just work so far.

It's unrealistic to expect "everything" in these units, but this one ticks all of my boxes! Desk, washer/dryer, a place to watch TV and decent kitchen space. The "living" are maybe lacks some cozy touches, but with everything here it's a complete rig at a decent cost.
