Turkish ice cream is the best. I hate ice cream usually. But as soon as I had Turkish ice cream I try not to miss any chance getting one. It's very think and creamy. Forget gelato etc. Nothing comes close to Turkish one. Also all food is fresh at restaurants. I have not seen this in other countries so much. But in Turkey it's like given.
