I work at a dermalogica spa and just a tip, if you're experiencing sensitivity with the precleanse oil try switching to the precleanse balm. It's a fairly new product so it might be hard to find but I've tried it and it's worth it.

Malilas Sysovan if you tried the glycolic serum or even the babyfacial, and are not use to chemical exfoliants (AHAs) your skin will have a purge (aka breakouts) it sucks for s little while but it's just pulling up all the congestion to the surface! After a few more uses your skin is super smooth and can tolerate it! Babyfacial is incredible, but I feel like there are many other aha serums on the market at a better price and that I saw better results with than their night serum

I was dealing with horrible cystic acne (back to back), hormonal acne, texture acne down my next, breakouts on the checks and forehead. It was non stop and frustrating to say the least. Went through so many facial products and 3 mos of antibiotics and birth control. Nothing was working. Stumbled across your video regarding the aloe Vera plant and What a LIFESAVER it has been. Acne cleared within a few weeks. I am sold on it and can’t thank you enough for mentioning it. I recommend it to everyone. Now to find something just as good to clear some of the hyperpigmentation left on my checks from the break out.

I noticed a difference my 3rd day using the Kiehl’s Midnight recovery eye cream. It’s my favorite one. Kathleen you should try the Origins GinZing Refreshing eye cream to brighten and depuff. I use it in combination with the kiehl’s eye cream. I have noticed it completely almost made my puffiness and dark circles disappear. I been using them for more than 6 months so I completely recommend them both.

For anyone wondering, the Aztec clay mask is a miracle worker! I have oily skin and could not get my makeup to stay on the center part of my face for more than like 3 hours, but I started using the Amazonian Clay Mask and let me tell you, I blotted my face ONCE on New Year's Eve. It's only like $9 on Amazon.com. I 100% stand by that product and I'm glad Kathleen is giving it the love that it deserves, but like she said, make sure you moisturize afterward.

I love Kathleen but i just want to say that i personally bought the midnight recovery eye (mentioned in this video) because of kathleen and because she talked about how much it helps to minimize dark circles in an old video, which i have. But it does not work AT ALL, really i have used it for half an year now and i have seen no difference what so ever.

Saira Sikandar dark circles due to genetics are impossible to get rid of. Eye creams will only help dark circles that are temporary like from lack of sleep or from dehydration, etc :(

Lesly Rodríguez I have the one in the tub, and I've only used it a few times. It feels pretty nice on dry skin, and seems to help it go away. I sometimes get a tiny bit of eczema on my face, and if it is at all raw, this does sting, which I don't like. It is also a pretty light consistency. I don't use this for my whole body, or I would use it very quickly. I do think it works really well on my knuckles when they are a bit red and itchy. It hasn't stung my hands at all. I'd say it works great for them. I also do have Aveeno lotions that I really like if you are looking for something more affordable. I like the daily moisturizing one in the yellow and green bottle and the sheer hydration one in the yellow with baby blue bottle for the body! I use the sheer hydration one in the morning and the other one at night.

Flat Iron rec: Izunami! My hairstylist recommended it & I have now had it for years. The best (and I have dry hair as well). For skincare, I, too, have super dry skin, I have switched fully Korean after falling in love with Racinne's Power Youth Cream and Serum a few years ago. You mentioned the Tatcha Essence, Essence is an integral part of any K-Beauty skin routine, supposed to use it twice a day actually. And I use a very popular one, the Missha Time Revolution First Treatment Essence, which is about 1/3 the cost of the Tatcha one. I used to own a CHI flat iron until my hairdresser used Croc on my hair one day and I fell in love. Croc is on the pricier side, but I've had mine for probably 6 or 7 years now and it's still going strong. You can adjust the temperature and it has nice grippy handles so you won't burn your fingers. I bought mine on Amazon, but Ulta also sells them. I use the Classic Black Titanium 1.5" flat iron. The titanium is supposed to help limit frizz (for reference, I have curly/wavy hair, curlier than your hair). I highly recommend the Croc flat iron!

I feel you on the CHI! I finally broke down and replaced mine after I died and I'm so happy with what I found!! The T3 Singlepass 1" straightening and styling iron Model No. 73510!! I LOVE IT!! I got a great deal! Unexpectedly, I saw it in Costco the same day I'd been researching the best flat irons. I paid around $65, when they are like $180 at Ultra. I've hag it for about 6 months. I have fine hair, but a lot of hair and it's naturally curly, frizzy hair. I have had problems in the past trying to use any other iron besides my CHI...the T3 Singlepass truly is a one pass iron for me. It's worth every penny they charge for it! Good luck! 💜💋

I used to be an old school Chi flat iron lover myself and when mine broke after many years of use I too discovered that they do not make them like they used to. I was devastated and on the hunt for a new one until my hair stylist introduced me to the Izunami brand. I fell in love and have had mine for about 6 years now and it has been awesome, way better than the original Chi! They are also pricey, but AMAZING!

Angie Palmisano drunk elephant has like mini duos and they’ve lasted me awhile. there’s a brand called the ordinary, they range from $6-9 they recently joined sephora. if you go to their company website and email them they’ll create a skin care routine for you and recommend the products they think you need!

just an FYI coconut oil will most likely clog your pores and give you acne and you can find 100 other oils that won't do this... marula oil rosehip seed oil pumpkin seed oil jojoba oil maracuja oil organ oil these all have a lot more fatty acids, antioxidants and they won't clog your pores

Essences are a step on their own in the Asian beauty world and there are so many! Tatcha is a super nice brand, but you gotta try some other Korean & Japanese kinds, you might find an even better product for a fraction of the price, there is just so much diversity :)

Quick answer: check out Missha and CosRX. For the longer explanation: there are two types in general. There's "first" essences which have a watery consistency and are based on fermented ingredients (super good for your skin) - of those I like the Missha First Treatment Essence (which you can get from Korean websites for about $25 - and it will last you at least 6 months), but there are good ones from The Secret Key and Neogen. First essences suit all skin types, as far as I know. Then there are thicker essences that feel more like light serums, of those it really depends on your skin's needs. I have dry skin and dark under-eye circles, so I've been slathering the CosRX Snail Mucin essence - it's cheap, safely formulated, and it both moisturizes and brightens the skin. But yeah, there are tons of different essences that deal with pore purification, acne prevention, hydration... Really depends on your skin.

I love Kathleen’s channel and her personality. After watching this video, I purchased the midnight recover eye cream without doing some research. I got it today and looked at the ingredients and alcohol denat was the sixth out of 27; it also has quite a few essential oils if you’re sensitive to them. I can’t think of any reason why there would alcohol in an eye cream. Please do your research before you buy. This comment is not meant to be hateful, I just want to inform.

The trick to dry shampoo is using it when your hair is clean! I swear when I use dry shampoo like the day after I wash it, it still looks clean 4 days later! I use Batise but I’m sure it would be effective with most dry shampoos! I recently discovered this and I swear by it! I am a single mom so I work full time and I homeschool my oldest son, lets be real, I don’t always have the time or energy to wash my hair so doing this has been heaven sent!

I love love love the Ultra Repair Cream!! I bought it originally because of you and it has helped heal my acne so so much!!! I purchased the charcoal exfoliator for my husband who has horrible dry scalp because Tati recommended and it doesn’t work well for him. I will say that when I wash my hair (once a week ☺️) I use a little and it does make my hair feel so clean. Just not worth the money in my opinion

Perfectly You Beauty I'm telling you the whole line of it, is very very good. It doesn't have any sulfates in any of there products. I only use that brand. My daughter is half black and half spanish and she will not use any other product's, besides the Briogeo. They sell it online at Sephora or on there website of course lol, but I promise you, you won't be disappointed. Make sure to get the mask and the leave in conditioner too if your going to get these products.❤❤❤

Just an FYI, since Kathleen mentioned something about anti-aging products..it’s actually good to use them before you actually start aging. Before you see signs of age, it’s good to use anti-aging products because it’ll really help to prevent that from happening in the future!
