A simple addition they can do is make Boris Todbringer and the Red Duke playable starting lords in Immortal Empires. Sure, they'll have to put effort into making them unique, but at least they'll exist as an option beyond multiplayer, despite their viability

Egrimm is one of the LL options CA has said would be a Major DLC if added. Closest you can get is Mixu's Legendary Lords mod, which adds Egrimm up in the Chaos Wastes as a Tzeentch Faction. I'd actually like it if CA made Sarthorael's Watchers into a proper playable faction. Bohemond the Beastslayer as a FLC Lord could be possible with CA also announcing the Brettonia Rework.

Great video! Rotgut Spume could headline a naval DLC for shipbuilding lords, Aisliin/ HE, Yin Yin/ Cathay, Amonhotep/ TK, Skretch/ Skaven, Tordrek/ Chorfs. WH3 needs to add a sea map that looks like side by side ships connected by walkway planks. Each side should be able to build towers like sieges. Could even make it so each half looks race themed. Wulfric and Alberic would also fit, Aranessa should really be Norscan
