Always loved Most Haunted from the very beginning. The early 30 minute episodes were never long enough even when you viewed the extra 10 minute footage. The longer the better for me. The pure indulgence of three hour live episodes. Always with the lights turned off, comfy chair and snacks galore. Halloween and especially Christmas live episodes the favourites for me. Always thought David Bull was on excellent presenter on the early live episodes along with the historian Richard Felix. Yvette and Karl, well what a team, the glue that keeps it all together. Really strong team now with Glenn being a particular favourite. His balance of thoughts are perfect. From when it started in 2002 I've gone from a non believer in such things to very much a believer after an incident of my own. Please never stop making these. Graham Just watched it guys, really enjoyed it. Now going to attempt to sleep. Don't have nightmares, Graham

I live in Southport and have memories of walking around this museum as a kid and never ever liked it, very creepy place. Churchtown is a very old village dating back hundreds of years. There are many many ghost stories and a vast history which naturally comes with places this old. This is great footage, love it! Well done

I was very lucky to visit this place a lot as a child as my aunt and uncle lived in the lodge at the front of the gardens. My uncle was head of Parks and gardens for many years. This place was always quiet, and felt like stepping back in time.My family are no longer here RIP, but they never left Botanic Gardens. Great to see this fantastic investigation!

Firstly, hi guys, it's been a while. I LOVE this location! Stu, NEVER put yourself down, hon, remember we love you guys! How strange, the sound of drawers being pulled out but nothing moving! How creepy! Orb from 12:53 just after you heard the squeak. Wow, that cabinet is open and I had a strange feeling something was about to happen just before the loud bang! That returning whistle was so immediate, then that drawer noise and from around 34:37 there's that orb again! Stu got a lot of movement down stairs and you got a playful, child-like spirit, fantastic! That was insanely good and Carl, you and Stu, are savage! Thanks so much, this place was worth the wait! xxx

Right after Stuart says I’m gonna fukin cry at about 59.50 you can hear what sounds like a child’s voice. You need earphones but it’s a definite voice. That if it was genuine was one of the best programs I’ve seen, it’s jam packed with paranormal especially those footsteps. Well worth another watch.

Watched MH from day 1, from Derek Acora, David Wells ( by far the best), the man that drew pictures, lovely Lesley and screaming Kath, where are they now I wonder. Stuart and his dramatic solos, Fred and his chants, Darren cursing him and Yvette putting up with Karl 🤦‍♀️There have been episodes that have kept me on the edge of my seat to ones where absolutely nothing happened, but I wouldn’t miss a single episode. That’s so sad. It’s so different.I grew up in Southport in the 70’s and the museum was very special. I remember every area vividly including the ‘egg’ room. The museum was always atmospheric, smelled of damp and wax polish and as a child I was always aware of a high pitched whistle in the doll room. Like air escaping through the pipes but higher. The room was full of Victorian toys, a dolls house, teddies and a collection of ornamental elephants. The tiniest elephant was ivory and size of the end of a pencil. It was always lying on its side. I once asked one of the staff why no one stood it up. He said they did but he was always found back where he was. The ‘parlour’ was eerie too….x

First, in the room where the dolls were, there was displayed a freaky wax witches poppet doll used for cursing that everyone in Churchtown knew about. It gave me the creeps as a youngster. This case was at the end of the room where the Victorian parlor was displayed (where you heard the children laughing). Secondly, where the guy had gone down into the cellar, if he had looked over the wall there he would have seen right to it’s foot, the thousand or so of graves of St.Cuthberts church that goes back to 1000 AD. No wonder the Botanical Gardens are haunted!
