The story of Elver is like Dark Souls: an absolute literary masterpiece.
Jk but it is good at hiding the lore from you. You really have to go digging and guess a lot, but because of that it may or may not be accurate. Take my video with a grain of salt and enjoy the culmination of a week and a half of work.

The coalition in Kuwait after the eye sea you achievement and coalition achievement you can see everyone before the Russia aircraft carrier, for example Sydney is a major in kuwait and len is an ensign.

Meaning that somehow Arid is connected with Kuwait and Elver also meaning that Arid is connected with the main universe but also the alternative universe (since the connection with Elver) unless once you go to the place where the flag is you get transpoted in the main universe. Or it was just a hint to what the next map was (Arid).

That’s because Snow was originally created for that map, but since Kuwait was taking so long they put her in Dango and Elver. Kuwait is set in the main universe since Sydney and the Coalition are there Or maybe Snow is the time traveler 👀
