Here it finally is. First, there was SirAdy, humbly making a short video all those years ago summarizing the then rather short lore of Unturned. Now, nearly 10 curated maps later, here I am, bringing everything together in one big video. This video will cover the complete story and lore of Unturned, summarized to where only the most important plot points are talked about. This video spans 13 maps: five official and eight curated. I hope you enjoy, and I hope you gain a new appreciation for the game and it's lore.

Is it just me or did France and Germany have it the worst? Germany got SO close to doing something, maybe to escape. France did their best with the info they had. RULA’s story is so sad.. RULA is one of the more morally good companies in unturned. Having helped France stay alive so much longer.. In my personal head canon RULA survived the flooding and moved to Spain, and later joined with the remaining military factions in the world, using the focus tech to help other nations and factions fight the infected.

@@prettyradhandle perhaps not save the world entirely, but ending on a positive note such as different endings that with your help: -the coalition is able to clear or make a country safer from the infected, making their efforts worthwhile and future endeavors a little easier. -agreements or even an alliance with the bandit factions on land are made, Giving the coalition much needed assistance from locals who know the area and how things work. -a vaccine that can make you immune to the disease (not reverse it mind you) is being realized and put into production.

I hope for other areas of Brazil, specially São Paulo and the South region, since one is densely populated, while the other is still very populated, but separated into different cities The states in the Amazônia region can be very interesting too, specially if you go in for Easter Eggs, or zombies involving the local legends

And, with the outbreaks happening around the world's countries, and some of the states being overrun, led people to hide in the forests, and that led a group of survivors to this crystal. And well, more monsters came to the world. Come to think, imagine a map where the big threat isn't the zombies, but the turned animals/monsters from the Soulcrystal, could be a nice twist into the map formula, as well as not going to the "north = good loot, radiation" and "south = bad loot, many base resources" formula.

A lot of blank spaces needs to be filled, so I hope we will get more official maps that will answer the questions and won't have to wait for Unturned 2. Thank you for making this video. Realistically speaking we'd still have the U.S and most first-world countries around. The U.S Military is the most powerful military in the world, so a Burger King company wouldn't really be able to wipe them out with some foot fungus. They just need 1 AC-130U Gunship to wipe out an entire horde of zombies. Not to mention that most/all U.S military branches such as the Air Force and Marines do extensive CBRN training. Even if some U.S states fall, we still would have the National Gaurd as well as their own assets (Planes, tanks, and more soldiers). We would most likely have the FDA investigate and shut down Skorpian-7 before they could even develop any unethical weapons. It also seemed as if the people who made the lore ignored the millions of U.S Citizens who are armed with more guns than the entire population. Nor did they consider how humans would be able to collaberate and develop vaccines within 10 months. Ultimately, we would sustain massive casualties to our population, but we would prevail, and eventually defeat the infected. *But hey, this makes for some great lore to kick back, relax and listen to. Keep it up mate! Your videos are great. :)*

thanks for the comment! I agree it's not the most realistic scenario. I think it was mostly relying on the fact that, if average supply chain logistics for fast food is anything to go by, the entire North American continent fell in about one or two weeks at most. So we basically had no time to do anything lol. Still the Coalition is around so there is some sort of military presence working to defeat the Turned

I think the map at 57:01 is a bit pessimistic, *[Heavy Speculation here/Head-canon]* Yeah the infection did wipe out allmost everything but.... islands like North Sentinel Island in the Indian Sea have no contact with the outside world (basically people with bronze age tech live there with no com with the outside world so they are just fine), the Galapagos Islands are also probably fine due to their isolated nature, plus the island in Kuwait... we were never told if it fell or not, the IFR were successful in their base under the Rock of Cashel so they could have theoretically held out indefinitely, the entire Island of Sicily may have been able to lockdown, Crete could have been use by Greece as a final bastion of control, and finally similar to what I said in a dif comment on this video, I think its possible that Spain and Portugal may have been able to defend the Pyrenees Mountains due to them acting as a natural wall between France and Iberia (Think what the Hellenic forces tried except it would be 50 times easier..... So honestly I don't believe that the Vermillin employee was correct about being the last human alive, infact Its VERY possible that everyone in these locations can simply wait the Turned out due to how the two semi-cured people are STILL living beings the Turned will eventually die meaning after enough time, the process of decompensation will drive the Infection extinct, plus most of the areas that "went dark" may have just done so as a result of thinking that *THEY* were the last of humanity and as a result, why try to go out and talk to people if you feel certain as if the only thing that will respond is the void that they left? Things will get better for the people of Unturned, they just have to keep on living

This is really good, I really enjoy it, I wonder how much time it took to research all of this. I've been considering making my own state (Massachusetts) into a map and going for curation, curious as to how that would go over. I have a bunch of ideas for lore and all that, but just haven't ever really had the time, personnel, or equipment.
