Excellent review, maybe you could mention mpg and service or repair costs over the time you have owned the vehicle.

Maybe start out with some cinematic footage of the car. Then go over the exterior first and then the interior after. Before you go for a drive, i think you should provide sound from the exhaust from the outside of the car. I love to watch these types of videos that have same "layout". Make sure to name the basic specs like: Size og engine HP/NM 0-60 0-?? Top speed Weight Otherwise great video, love Aquaholic and i hope Motoholic will be just as good!

Great car nick. I had an SLK 250 diesel with all the usual refinements, before that it was a used CLC 2.2, very nice car and most recently an ML AMG of course none of which I have any more due to mostly owning a 4 year old Grandezza so car less now. My travels from Kent to Southampton are now done in a Nissan cash of which my wife has 🥺🥺🥺🥺 but heyo. If I go to my boat alone I go in my reasonable vivaro van. Lucky me eh!

I'm thrilled to be here at the beginning of your new channel! I wish you the best of luck with it. When i first started watching you, i knew very little about boats and now i am obsessed. As for cars, when someone asks what kind of car i have, i say a white mercury suv with cute silver patterns on the tail lights. That is literally all i know about it and i have had it for several years. Oh, and the steering wheel is on the left side (i'm in the USA). Can you get me obsessed with cars, too? I doubt it, but i will watch!

no prob with the video ,nor the car , but you could have gone into the mechanics a bit more and mpg , tax bracket , ins level , etc , and the poss drawbacks eg , why it is safer to get a '08 + ( ballance shaft ) etc , dont get me wrong i do like the car and am seriously thinking of getting one myself , especially as what was 40 k and you got for 20 is now available for around 6 or 7 k with way less miles than you have ,, although i would have expected little more from a " sport " spec than coloured stitching , eg, the brakes from the 350 ( not from the 200 ! ) , the front spoiler from the AMG and or a little engine tweek or exhaust ,, also , how anyone can live with an auto box is beyond me , ( although they do come in 6 sp man which you could have said ) even with the Tipt. thanks for the video , lovely car . onto the Z4 / Boxster etc now ... cheers .

Completely different league. The MX5 was great fun, but small inside, cramped and very noisy so pretty lousy for long distances. The SLK is far quieter, more spacious, better equipped, a nicer car. But then it ought to be - it cost more!

The gearbox has the same problem as my gearbox.When go 2* gear to 3* take revs unnecessarily. At the beginning its a short rev but then could brake the gearbox😩😩 be carerull with that and enjoy the car!!

If you mean the pre 2008 facelift, little difference. If you mean the pre 2004 MK1 versions, vast difference, these are far more of a driver's car apparently.
