@@jilliansherrard2152 You cannot stop someone from having children unless you want to get into disgusting territory of eugenics. But CPS knows that that particular woman is not a fit parent so whenever she is pregnant again they probably are keeping close tabs on her because even though she has the right to not mess up this time they know she probably will and they'll need to take the child. I would suspect she is a neglectful parent and not abusive, occasionally under those circumstances with a new life partner can become decent parents because the other person will take that responsibility of protecting the child from neglect. But shame on them for not contacting all of the adopted families for the other children they should have been the first phone calls that were made by CPS when that child was brought into custody. Especially ones like the lady that was interviewed who had already told them they were interested in a sibling.

It's a sick mess. Relatives of mine fostered two beautiful children with a view to adoption. Despite the two children returning to my relatives extremely distressed after every visit with their birth mother, who did nothing but put them down & made them feel rubbish, they returned the two children to their birth mother! I fear for their future. And not to mention that neither CPS worker bothered to change their diapers on the multiple hours long drives to & from those visits! Yes, the drives were so long, two CPS workers would have to switch off the poor children!

CPS is trash. They do some part good but it isn't for the rights of the children. They go home at night and leave their "work" in the office. While children suffer. Yes, parents need to do better but none of these children want to be in this situation and asked for none of this. We need to do better when others don't. Fight and make noise. Adoptive mother of the slightly older sister isn't taking care of her own health. New baby was a good fit for her new foster parents, so boom, she's all set. I'd be more inclined to favor the siblings be reunited if they knew each other and had a relationship. However, new sibling was just born.

I guarantee you that foster mother puts more love and security and loyalty into her foster child than most biological parents will ever do.
