And most of the cats he feeds do just fine as they are used to being on their own and can hide in basements when the weather is bad. There aren't enough people who want cats to find them all homes and that's true everywhere. So with Robin feeding them every day, they have it better than most feral or abandoned cats and that's true everywhere also.
