Ate lunch at Mother Chu's Taiwanese Gourmet the other week in Chinatown Sydney. Not only can you take a peek at what the chefs / cooks are preparing, but this restaurant has cool aesthetics & street food vibes. Serving up a variety of tasty Taiwanese street food snacks that you’ll definitely enjoy. While eating our lunch, we were also entertained by an amazing “Lion Dance” performance because of the Chinese New Year. The snacks we ate were:
- Taiwanese style oyster omelette
- Egg shallot pancake with Youtiao
- Taiwanese style vermicelli noodle soup with oysters
- Plum juice
- Complimentary Taiwanese tea
