Ive been making magic with Goddess energy and some mythological Goddesses, and i think that these archetypes are a great way for women to connect with aspects of Divine feminie energy that is already within, and overtime they can be integrated into the being, if a person wishes to connect those energies. It is a practice... often little by little. I'd recommend working with someone you really trust to help support you in connecting with your body more: Reiki, energywork, yoga, swimming, fun physical things too.

I do my gardening in bare feet, and I walk on the grass in the park without shoes, off the main trails when possible. I know there are other ways, but I enjoy this and love to feel the Earth against my bare feet. ❤
