I'm about to listen for a second time while doing my housework. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. For the last two years, I wanted to grow a big author, speaker, and mentor business and now, I have retired. The opportunity to do so presented itself a few weeks ago and after initially rejecting the offer, I grabbed it with both hands. I realise now that retirement is my next higher thing; allowing myself to rest and be and have fun and create after 45 years of working.

As a 60 year old woman that works two restaurant jobs as a cook...some days I have to really give myself a pep talk. I have to remind myself of my worth. I'm thankful that I can still do it physically and mentally, but sometimes I think there has to be a better way than cooking in these kitchens.❤️

I'm truly grateful to restaurant cooks. I live frugally and live off mostly lentils and basic veggies, but sometimes when I'm really tired or treating myself, I'll get food from a restaurant and I feel so grateful to treat myself to someone else's cooking, it's really a gift. So thank you for cooking for so many people. Also I do hope you live the life that fills you with ease and joy

Ive lived as a maladaptive daydreamer my whole life and I live in a fantasy world where nothing goes my way as I felt powerless from bullying in school and Im 34 and anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD and obsessive ruminations and trauma have controlled me but now I see that its not me and I feel a shift inside. Ha, good timing on complaining. I noticed recently that I am complaining a lot more, and life kept giving me more of things to complain about. Until I realised complaining is a never-ending story (like you said an addiction). It was easy to stop once I became aware of it and accepted that that's life so no point of keep tripping, just keep going.
