Oldest daughter is a good helper. Makes sure the toddler and her mum have food on their plates before it all disappears. Mum is an amazing lady. Love how she takes time to enjoy her children even though she is such a busy mum. Her oldest son always compliments mum on her cooking. Well behaved children. Love watching them!

I think I'd like to try your cauliflower recipe and I think I'll try adding apple to my potato salad now 🤤 To think that you cook for 7 people using 2 burners and still have a clean kitchen whilst I use 4 burners cooking for 1 and my kitchen always looks like a tornado has gone through it shows just how organized you are. My Son has a small countertop dishwasher he's going to give me and I think that will really help. I'm partially disabled and cannot stand long enough to wash dishes by hand right after a meal; one small appliance might make a difference. Mix 200g raw koji, 60g salt, and 200ml water thoroughly. Place in a storage container, stir once a day, and store at room temperature. When I finish using the current salt koji, I'll take a video!

Have you tried okonomiyaki made in a waffle maker?? My children love to make okonomiyaki this way. I will let them make a lot, and freeze the extra for bento or for quick side dish. You can make potato pancake in waffle maker too! Or put rice in waffle maker with bacon or sakura shrimp it will make crunchy rice! Add furikake or any toping you like. You can also make egg in waffle maker with ham, vegetable and cheese. Waffle maker is easy for children to use, and there are so many ways to make recipe for waffle maker. If you try using please let me know!! 😊
