Your Granny must be related to my Grandma Vena. She made the best fudge and was known for her guava jams and fudge. Thank GOD for grandmothers. You got a great texture on your fudge and Granny would be proud. Take care.

Fudge is so complex to make. It can overboil burn etc but Of late, my fudge keeps coming out rubbery and chewy like toffee. not sure what I doing wrong

Always go with low heat, take your time and turn it always. Sugar on the whole burns so quickly. Goodluck!
