Thank you for the great ideas! I just got my Athleta joggers you recommended. The journal is a great idea. 42 years old and feeling some of the effects of getting older I think.....whew! If it's helpful, I may add an updated comment on that video. I am wearing the navy pair of joggers, chicos white no iron white shirt, and my brand new pearl drop earrings that my husband gave me for our 20th wedding anniversary yesterday.
