I was a flaming alcoholic when I went to see Mother's Finest back in the late 80's/early 90's at "The Post Office" in Augusta, GA. Surprisingly, there weren't many people there yet, so I bought a beer and walked up to the front of the stage. When they started, I was positioned right in front of Joyce and Wyzard...close enough to touch them. They were so good that, when the show was over, I realized I hadn't moved and had drunk only that one beer! LOL! For a couple hours or so, they cured my alcoholism! In '99 God cured it permanently and the Truth set me free! :)

Love Mothers Finest! Our band, Joint Session, pre-acted them in Athens GA . We used PePe's drums which were awesome. He blew the house down when he slammed down his solid funk beat with bassist, Wizard, for Mother's Finest. Dang, these guys killed it. Love to you !
