I’m a therapist and recently I’ve been so into doing inner child work (with clients and with myself). Thank you for these perspectives to bring in! 💕💖 EDIT: I'm working on re-starting my KZbin channel with a theme of healing and an exploration of all the ways we heal from things. If anyone would like to join for the ride please feel free!

May I ask? What is your degree in. I've been flirting with the idea of becoming a therapist or coach, something along those lines. Don't know where to start yet.

Hi, Kalyn! I was wondering about the video about finding your people in adulthood.I think it'd be so so so interesting and nourishing to watch!

What a Queen, literally my role model. You are so wise and I appreciate everything that you share. I watched this while doing my makeup, getting ready for my day, and it was the perfect tone to start with, thank you xx

This video was suggested me just two days after I started working with my therapist on the part of me that feels incapable of nurturing (mostly nurturing others). This video gave me such beautiful keywords to define what it truly means to nurture in an impactful way. Eternally grateful the universe popped this up for me and eternally grateful for you and your words ❤

I really needed this. When I moved to a new country and started a new job, all forms of my self-care took a huge hit. I'm trying to get it back, but hearing it from this perspective puts the importance of taking care of myself in a different, and perhaps better, light.

My mother passed away last month after a long and hard battle with cancer. Ever since then im struggling with panic attacks even more regularly than before. I really miss her and maternal energy in general. Especially as someone who feels hopeless in modern dating and im sure i will never get to experience motherhood myself.

I’m so sorry for what you are going through and for your loss. Cancer is a terrible disease and no one deserves to go through it or watch their loved ones suffer from it. I know there’s little to no comfort anyone can bring during this time but all of the energy of your mother still lives on within you, anytime you need her guidance, imagine what she might say given how you knew her. I can only imagine she wants the best for you, in all areas of life, and depending on what you believe in, it’s a comforting thought that you have an angel on the other side watching over you. Sending you love 🫂

I know this is a serious topic and I’m about to dive in, just wanted to say I love your hair like this so much, you look like a mermaid. 🧜♀️ I’m reminded of your alter ego video you did a long time ago when you wore it like this with a bright summery dress. Vibes.

Sending love and blessings your way 💛 thank you for all of the amazing talks and lessons, and thank you ESPECIALLY for this lesson. Mothering myself the way I deserved to be mothered all along, but was not. I loved how you talked about how you wanted your son to have a nice bubble bath and to have fun. I could treat myself that way too 💛
