Let's not forget Alder called Raelle her daughter when she spoke to Anacostia, then purposely said asset when speaking to Tally cause there's still some tension between them after Tally barged into her office and disrespected the general of the army. But we love Tally and Alder, so true.

I love the fact Anacostia trusts Tally enough to not even wonder why she used a seed against one of the biddies, she just immediately called the guards, she knew if Tally attacked her (the biddy) there was a solid reason.

Alder is clearly trying to distance herself from Tally, like "the asset" was fully intentional and I think she's feeling vulnerable around her. The tension is there and I'm excited to see how Talder develops 👀

There is a stiffness here that I think Alder is putting on. I feel like she is focusing on building Tally up to be a soldier. She's trying to get her to accept the mindset of war and understand how many decisions in the military aren't black and white. When you're in battle you don't want to take time to question when hesitation means lives lost. I'm curious to see how this continues to develop. AND I WANT A THIRD SEASON!!!!

is anyone wondering if nicte was just the chaotic version of tally? I mean both of them knows dark story about alder but while tally went for the neutral way, nicte went for the chaotic way (maybe becuase she knows what alder did). it just feel like nicte and tally have that in common but are two faces of the same coin. One choosing the pasive way and the other choosing the agresive way

If you think about it, it really twisted. The magic was created by Nicte and I suspect it was intended to be used against only humans by Nicte to make witches the masters in that world. It's one thing to wish for freedom for your people. It's another to kill civilians who could or couldn't be sympathetic to what you're going through. When Alder used her magic against witchfolk that might have been was why she was so enraged because she's not just pro-witch, she's anti-human. Tally has been pro-witch from the beginning and I think she's starting to see just what would make Nicte decide to wipe out humanity. I think Tally is capable of becoming just like Nicte. But, something tells me she won't. She's been showing that she she has a kind heart no matter what hurts her or those close to her. Perhaps she'll be in the middle of Alder and Nicte when things come to a close. (I also wonder if Alder feels some remorse for her decisions when she used Nicte's magic, but that another thing entirely.)

I think she needed to do/ gather certain things first, and as we saw the only way to really get to Alder is biddies so maybe she needed an agent to become a biddie first, and slowly torture Alder.

I think the spree numbers are dwindling due to the camarilla and she’s knows it. But I also agree, the biddie was finally picked and she was able to link through her. It may be coincidental that the biddie was picked just as she is out of people around her but the camarilla don’t care if you’re army or spree. They’re after all witches and the spree may have been easy pickings. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No, YOU had to and then, this?! 🙄 I love Alder but on purpose keeps Tally at arms length. Not too far but not too close. 😩 Also, the biddies don’t hiss at her when she’s supposed to be mad anymore… granted they’re hurt but still. They didn’t when she had her demands later either. 🤔

Based on the preview and this scene I doubt Nicte would trust Tally to join the Spree, I'm pretty sure just like in the last episode Nicte could still see through the biddie so she saw Tally attack the agent . It would make more sense for Raelle to be the spree agent, after what happened with her mom they could make it seem like Raelle rebelled and joined the only person she loved (they have A LOT to work through) that she has left.

@@ihartyoutubification well people are speculating that it was the biddie double agent that did something to make Tally have these visions about the past. I think Nicte wants Tally to know there are both sides and that Alder is not the good person everyone thinks she is. It’s obvious Tally is struggling a bit which is why she’s trying to find out the truth and all so she seems more likely to me to join the spree. As for Raelle this season there has been a kind of shift in her ideals and I think she has acc come to respect the army and stuff so I still see her in the army. It’s acc Scylla I can see changing sides not Raelle.

In a different video, I remember coming across a comment saying that Tally has a clear moral agency and wouldn't join the Spree. That being said, two episodes later, when Nicte tells her that there was some sort of tenacity she had that Alder couldn't get out and could use it with the Spree, Tally pretty much changed the subject, as if dodging Nicte's offer.
