The description of a quiet and gentle spirit was VERY helpful - can never hear enough from Nancy! Thank you so much!

Solid lecture, Mrs. Wilson. I pray it's well received. You've done good job of relating the joy of womanhood coupled with the biblical responsibility of passing on grace through intentional efforts. The "gentle-spirit" was a valuable addition, thank you. One thing I would suggest is your statement about God's ultimate control would be more glorious if simply kept to scripture. Thanks for your faithfulness to the Lord Jesus and I can tell you've kept Pastor Wilson sharp through the years. May God continue to bless you all.

I have a serious question: is it biblical for a man to be taught anything at all by a woman?
@goodfortunedj3 жыл бұрын
Well a mother is the first and primary teacher of a man. Hail Mary full of grace and all that. But women who are not in the family? Not sure I'm not a Bible expert (:
@angieruthw3 жыл бұрын
@@goodfortunedj even the Bible says for fathers to train up their children in the word. Boys should be trained , taught and mentored by their fathers first and foremost.

Loving parent want to own kid(s) to be happy and teach she/he/them healthy scepticism and scientific thinking. Not brainwash she/he/them to worship something.

Do you realise that people always worship something? So it's loving to teach them to worship the right thing. Our children will be happy when they worship God in spirit and in truth so we shepherd them that way.

@@kuzivaj.z does we? I try to live my live to not worship anything (maybe except people all mighty) so what you think that I worship?
@kuzivaj.z3 жыл бұрын
@@tonikallioinen6969 I don't know what you worship, I'd need to talk to you. It's more important that you're aware of what you worship and evaluate if it is deserving of worship. Since you were created you ought to worship the God that created you and all that exists, nobody/nothing else could be deserving of worship

@@kuzivaj.z you really believe that? I was created by my parents nothing more nothing less. And I have never worship anything except people all mighty. And I know that world have developed from material subjects in billions of years. And the history of humankind is developed of material.

@@tonikallioinen6969 You were not created by your parents but were reproduced from them. I'll leave you with this, there are many things that seem good to us but the right thing is always the good thing. We are born in sin and Jesus Christ is the saviour of us sinners in this created fallen material world. He died for the sins of the world so that we can be justly forgiven by God. May He bless you Toni
