As a child, we had very little regarding comforts, if we had food that was a luxury. I always found myself retreating to the small forest and meandering creek that always pulled me in to its serenity and beauty. Besides giving me a reprieve from the bullies of the neighborhood, I explored everything that nature provided me. Even though I was 6-8 years old, my curiosity with nature provided me with hours of uninterrupted bliss. As I look back on it all, I was truly blessed to have had that experience I created for myself. There are so many of us on this planet that don't have the chance to experience nature at its finest. For many millions who live in over overpopulated urban areas with limited resources, your way of life is just a far off dream! I am so thankful you two lovely ladies are living your reality so that others may benefit from your experiences. I wish all my human Brothers and Sisters could experience this type of life. Never change the way you are and cherish the moment you have!

Watching this video you discuss how important it is to take the time to notice the "simple" things and and realize what it means to be humans. This brings up a question in me because you essentially live in the Garden of Eden. What you describe as a "simple" waterfall that only appears after a rain, is an impossibly rare experience for most of humanity. Personally I live in Ecuador which is an amazingly beautiful country. I am close to nature constantly. I am so lucky. But how do we tell people who where born into poverty into the most crushingly overpopulated places on Earth. How do we tell them to take the time to enjoy the simple beauty around them and appreciate what it means to be human. Do we owe it to our fellow humans to pay attention to their circumstances? I am not criticizing or blaming or anything like that. I'm just describing issues that come up for me in this area, and just based on my own curiousity I do wonder how you answer them for yourselves.
