Moths: Giant Pet Moths! - My weird hobby (Bart Coppens)
Please, HELP! My channel is demonetised - that means KZbin has NEVER allowed me to monetise my content. To run this channel, I am 100% and entirely dependent on the contributions of my viewers alone, since KZbin is not supporting my videos at all. If you want to help, consider becoming a member of my crowdfunding platform Patreon: / bartbutterflies - I am not just a random vlogger or KZbinr, I am an amateur entomologist that works with insects and makes educational content about them. Your contribution makes me help these animals, spread awareness and education, supports my research and my studies, and allows me to make web content and more. Members of my Patreon also get exclusive behind the scenes information, vote in polls that decide what videos I will make, and may be eligible to receive cocoons and eggs from me. Want to make a single donation without the financial obligation of Patreon? Send me a single payment through Paypal using this link: paypal.me/BartCoppens - thank you for reading and watching!

HOW does Bart get so many views and subscribers with just videos about obscure subjects like moths and insects? Well, to be honest, it’s because I am cheating a little. I use an extension called “TubeBuddy” that automatically generates the optimal keywords that will attract the maximum amount of viewers and subscribes, makes thumbnails for me, and analyses my content so I can learn what my audience wants to see. You can even add a rival channel to TubeBuddy and see from what keywords they are getting their views and subscribers, so that you can use them as well and ‘steal’viewers away from popular channels to your channel! If you are a serious KZbinr that wants more views and subscribers and wants to make KZbin their job, then you cannot go without TubeBuddy. TubeBuddy is free to use, and a free version that will improve your channel is available for everyone! There is also a paid version however, that has many more features. Follow this link to try Tubebuddy for free: www.tubebuddy.com/BartMothman - oh and before you go and use it to improve your channel, let’s keep this a secret, so that me and my audience have the advantage ;)
-
Check out my hobby website! I write caresheets about several species of butterflies and moths, so that you can learn how to breed them! It’s like my KZbin channel but in website form! Check it out: breedingbutterflies.com/
-
HOW Do I get the good equipment and tools for breeding and studying moths like Bart does? Because I got so many questions, I made webstores on websites like Ebay and Amazon, listing the EXACT same products that I use in my videos! This is so you can copy my breeding, researching and moth trapping methods! No, I do NOT sell these products myself, I just show you where to buy them! Amazon store: www.amazon.com/gp/profile/amz...

The Dutch, along with almost every European country, have multiple national languages. So it's not a second language. He may have grown up speaking as many as 4 languages. Being from Texas, I spoke Spanish as a kid, but bc America is so ethnocentric I eventually had no one to converse with and forgot :(

Actually here in the U.S. ,We pronounce the first C in 'Cecropia' like an 'S', so it sounds like 'Secropia'. You got Polyphemus right though :). I do the same thing too, often mixing Polyphemus with Promethea. All beautiful silkmoths indeed. The last one is really pretty.

I like this. I raise moths as well, and tried to order cecropia but the breeder did not have enough at the time of shipping. Maybe soon. I appreciate you showing them with the house open and that they are too lazy or in that matter, happy to try to escape. It is very rewarding to have a creature friend that does not desire anything but what it has merrily. Great moth hobby, it is not weird. Sure there's frowny faces at times, but those people sadly cannot understand this kind of beauty.
