Doug I built a pad that bolted over the brake pedal arm, then mounted a large button for the 2 step. Brakes work normally, when you stage you shift your foot up higher on the pedal and let the tip of the show depress the button.

audio seems to be not in sync with video ? Great video though! EDIT: I watched this pretty close after it got uploaded and as another commentator pointed out, that was probably before YT's system had finished fully processsing through the video. As of the moment of this edit (~5 hours after upload) the video is totally fine, both video and audio. Nice insight into the COPO, looking forward to future episodes - all the best to the Motion team!!!

Could weld a square piece of metal on top of the brake arm lever, so its to wide for the switch to pass in front of.. Just an idea, great job.

The Copo that I raced had a momentary button on the pedal itself. It seemed quite a bit more responsive than a pressure switch in line with the master cyl and a lot less mechanical to go wrong.

We need more snowmobile footage 😎. Used to hit milan here in Michigan on test and tune nights. Always a few sleds running. People don’t realize how fast they are. COPO is shaping up to be a sick car. For now just double roller that brake switch, that should stop it from going beside the pedal. At the shop, redesign it to reach further into the pedal arm and make it stretch out (spring load it) so that it does not impair the pedal travel.

pretty sure the 2step bracket go to far when you push hard on the brake and bent the upper braket..it look twisted

You dont want anyyy flex in pedal assembly. Brace it till flex is gone. Once flex starts its a downhill fail.

Can someone tell me why there's wheelie bars on a copo with I was always told you can't run a wheelie bar with radials because it basically hurts itself and doesn't work on a non big tire slick car ?

That’s a valid question. These cars were setup with slicks originally, we have them setup so high they aren’t doing anything, might end up just taking them off
