Bro,i used to be like that to. You just have to practice until it becomes second nature so that when u feel pressured, it wont really affect ur game. In order for them to pass u the ball,they need to have faith in u. Show them what u can do. No matter what it is, scoring, rebounding, passing ... as long as u can get their attention they will pass it to u. I used to be just like u,always getting nervous and just passing the ball. It was until i watched Derrick videos that gave me the confidence

Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Kevin Love and Rajon Rondo give me faith in da new era stars. lol d-rose is really camera shy you can see that in this video. Thats also why nobody reallly saw him over the summer. He got fined for not showing up to an interview last season. The tv show staff were pretty upset and thought he did it out of arrogance but he just isnt very well with taking attention like that. D-rose officially my favorite player though!
