Explanation was good BUT you could have explained whether it applied to Indian context as Swalapurkar found that for Indian middle class factors like salary act as motivators.

Yes offcourse ... it change the way organization use to look working conditions and money as well... as it was always believed that money is the biggest source of motivation.. however that's not true ....
