This is a fresh start to these vlogs, I've taken a short brake from this due to it becoming a little overwhelming. Now I'm back and i'm going to try and bring something a little fresh to these videos. Lets see how it goes.

I've recently been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and it has taken a toll on my daily life and have been restricting me from doing things that I used to but I just want for people who may be in the same position to be able to connect and follow a journey to recovery. I'll be doing some vlogs and give you ideas on how and what i'm getting up to on this journey.
