1. You still gotta sleep 2. Work hard while being thankful for what you have 3. You gotta love what you do, or else you will just feel pain 4. When you fail, stay positive, work harder and believe that you will succeed.

This actually made me cry while watching.. Made me remember the reasons why I am trying my best to improve myself in basketball. Most times, they don't pick me to play with them on the court because I'm slow, can't jump, no shooting touch but I didn't care. I watch them play and when they all leave, I practice on my own hoping the next time they see me in the near future, they will recognize how much my abilities have grown.

This is what I needed, because I have been struggling to get my business off the ground, and had to deal with many rejections, when I shared it with people. I realize that I have to face the fear of being shy, and going to talk to people about the business I'm in, and how it can help the people who I talk to. Also, I'm learning to not take rejection personal, it's part of success, and the story goes that you learn from your mistakes, so you can prepare to be successful.

From what I've learned about this thing called the 'life' was the fact that no so many chaps out there gonna encourage you down your road to accomplishing your dream. What makes one happy about his dream is he himself who chases it, he who works hard, he who doesn't stop until he's there. It's always been and always will be a man and his dream. Every time I step on that court I'm the happiest guy on Earth regardless if there's anyone around. Even when I'm old and grey I'll still love the game.

I wasn't very good at basketball when I was young. Now all of a sudden my basketball skills got better. I could shoot the ball properly, backwards layups and left handed layups. And I am still 13 so if I want to get better on what I enjoy playing, I must work hard and train hard to be good as Lin, Drose, or Nash. I must use those years my life to hone my skills and to be able to be one of the best basketball players in the NBA.

So many motivational videos talk about sacrificing sleep, or dying in the pursuit of success. I don't think it's worth it. You don't get to enjoy or reach that success when health fails you. Speaking from my own experience, I spent so much time trying to attain my goals and when I finally got it I realised people so often become fixated on their target that they forget to fully appreciate the process. You live your life clamouring so much for success that you have not lived at all.

I wish you all the luck you can probably get in achieving your ultimate goal! You're damn right on using that summer time to improve and to return in your best shape when fall comes. Just don't forget to rest properly and let your body recover in order to prevent any possible injuries which I wish never happen to you :) Train hard, eat well and healthy, rest properly, stay focused and dedicated to your dream and you'll get to where you'd like to be at.

It doesn't matter if anyone else in the whole wide world cared about that sports. What really matters is the fact the he himself cares about it. That's the whole point of being motivated to do something, when regardless of what others do or say you just go out there and give your best and put in as much effort as you possibly can. That was my message to that guy. Just move forward no matter what regardless of support and appreciation of the outside. The greatness from within concept, feel me?

My pleasure! Dream big, work hard and eventually great things surely will happen to you and your life. As the matter of fact, it all comes down to a choice, whether we become successful and make our dreams come true or not. So I say, let us all choose what we really want and not let our fears get the best of us, because at the end of the day "limits like fears are often just an illusion" (MJ quote). Best of luck, mate! Hodně štěstí :)

I'll put it this way for you. There's nothing wrong about being passionate about something whether it's sports or computers. Do you want to be a basketball player? Make practice one of your top priorities and put effort in it. Do you wanna chase some pro-gaming career? Go ahead, make it one of your top priorities but forget about becoming an athlete: you simply can't do both because our time is limited to 24 hrs/day. Ask yourself, what do YOU want, not what everyone else tells you to.
@iDesignatua11 жыл бұрын
You're welcome. Believe in yourself and keep on fighting no matter what. Even if noone else believes in you, you must still believe in yourself and that's something to start with. Eventually you'll see good things starting to happen to you, just don't give up. Just don't. It's not like this or that way of achieving it is universal and works for everyone. Some need a push, some need to split their bigger goals into components, some just need to start believing. You'll figure your one, I'm sure.
@iDesignatua11 жыл бұрын
I feel for you, mate. But you know, those issues just test our character. During my playing days I've severely rolled my right ankle three times, I've broken my arm and it never stopped me. I just recovered and moved one. I had to call it a career when I've had a knee injury and couldn't run and jump even half as fast and high as before, but I still play at some pick up games. I love the game so much that I'm done playing only when I can't hold the ball in my hands anymore, it's when I'm dead.

Hard work beats talent any day, and a combination of hard work and talent beats everything else. Tell you this, you don't have to quit school just to practice all day. School is as important as sports. It's like choosing what's more important, your lungs or your heart, ofc you need them all. Same here. You just have to plan your free time in a way that will allow you to practice and still maintain decent grades, even if that means quitting on videogaming, parties, TV, etc, you name it.

The purpose of this video was to give that extra push that so many people need in order to get motivated and succeed. Lots of chaps out there need that extra motivation, how can it be stupid? It's life, it is what it is. It's good for you that you don't need that extra motivation but that doesn't give you any right to boast about it to make others who are less disciplined/motivated than you are feel bad about themselves. Just my opinion.

I've said this so many times before and I think I have to say it again so hopefully this my little advice would save you some nerves in the future. You don't have to play for someone just to approve you and/or acknowledge your skills. You have to do it for yourself and no one else. Not only it'll save you some nerves if you don't get invited in to play in a pick up game but you'll also realize that you owe them NOTHING. The only person you owe it to is YOU. So how bad do YOU want it?

Dude you have lived,living is chasing what you love be it a girl,goal,or anything else once you meet what you want you have lived. Some people gain happiness through chasing their goal. If you gave up on your goal because of your health,it's because YOU didn't love it or wanted to chase it. But people like me who don't care if we die doing what we love will always be out there trying our hardest even when the odds are against us.
