I started waking up at 5 instead of 6 because unfortunately my job leaves me no time for myself. And after 3 months I saw many improvements in my life. I made good progress on learning a new language, my body is more lean from working up every morning and I feel better during the day because I start each day doing something for me❤

Shit works. Who’s waking up to waste time at 3:00am? Nobody Just think…average work begins at 8-9am you’ve now got a 3-4 hour jump on people who are waking up to start at 8. Put in the work, enjoy the grind.

Work from 3am-3pm, gym/ extra activities 3-5, 6-8 for family sleep the rest obviously give and take some when things line up. No kidding. Just gotta do it.

you do not need to wake up at 3 am or even at 5 am to be productive or successful. it’s all about how wisely you use your time and your energy levels. move your body, stay hydrated, get enough sleep, expose yourself to sunlight, watch or do something that makes you laugh or smile.

If there's something I've always struggled with is waking up early. I used to wake up early in class 6 but when I was in class 7, everything changed. I kept on watching these motivation videos but the next morning, it seemed as if they all vanished. I hope this one will stick in my mind because this my last year in primary ( in my country )and I also hope I won't waste any time. I also live by this quote: Live today as if it is your last.

If you're looking for a enemy that's preventing you from succeeding I guarentee that it is not sleeping. it can be social media, it can be friends(sometimes), it can be your study method Idk may be something else. but not sleeping.

Yelling the message means nothing if the message itself is useless. Motivation comes from within. The speeches started long ago w/6am, then 5. Then 0430 and now 0300. The information is always more important than the volume, or tone. No matter the time when your next day of greatness starts, make it count.

These videos are pretty childish To get up at 3 you have to go to sleep at 7PM-8PM OF COURSE GETTING UP AT 3AM CHANGES YOUR LIFE! When you wake up is not what counts. What you do when your awake is all that counts

If you don’t function well at this time, then that’s ok because you can do this work late at night. If you wake up early then you have to go to bed early. It all depends on your work style!

You need good sleep for the brain to function properly, people meet an early death when they don't sleep well, yes, all the successful people in the world go bed late and wake up early, but they are still in tuned with their brains. They know the importants of infinite intelligence and this comes with correlation with the subconscious. These lack of sleep things are usually done to brainwash people in cults.

Thank you for uploading this video. I know that this is a big comment and nobody will read this but i need to get this off my chest. This year was the worst year of my life. My school ended and i didn't know what to do, how to do. But I still took admission in college for graduation. But i didn't have any motivation to study or to do anything really. I skipped classes and didn't process the classes I took. Tomorrow is my exam that will decide whether I get promoted into next semester or not. And i know I will fail.😞💔 You have no idea how much regret I have. My 10 months is wasted. ☹️ Now listening to this i promise to myself that I will never let this happen to me ever again.😤 Thank you for inspiring me to change my life. I will come back in July to update after i retake exams and share the results.

I think 11 to 6 is a better routine Anyone should not reduce sleep 7hr at least 6hr if not then in long term you will face problems

Yeah you wake up at 3 and then the motivation can last up to an hour or two lol... I mean the rest of the day is never explained. But should be common sense, get up at 3 while keeping you nine hours of sleep, so go to bed at 6 pm. It depends? Other motivational videos claim that you should sleep less that 6 hours... So just do what works best for you. If you just do zombie work, that second option might do

I was getting up at 4:20 but to make it to my ballet strength training class I had to start work early in order to get off early, so I started getting up at 3:00 since I could NOT afford to not go to that class.

a few videos later: waking up 12.00 PM will change your life success is not achieved this way. If what you do in a day satisfies you it is the biggest success and then you are the most successfull person. but if you watch videos like this and think I need to wake up at 4 am-3 am, it just prevents your satisfaction and happiness. life is not a thing like that.

I work night shifts. Been working nights for a year and a half now. I kind of like it. But it's funny. Working the night shift kind of changes the way you look at time. I don't look at like 3 am, 4 am or 5 am like death ⚰️ anymore. Lol

People, everyone has different circadian rhythm. If you sleep the hours you need (7+), it's okay if you wake up at 3 a.m. Otherwise, you are going to ruin your health. Sleep advise should be considered medical advice, because it is.
