Do it! I was never a big drinker. 2-3 cocktails once or twice a month. Social drinker. I completely stopped drinking 2 years ago; I couldn't feel better, happier, and healthier. You will not miss it, we don't need drugs or alcohol to enjoy anything. Stop for a month and go from there.

Drink alkaline water, it has electrolytes that will help replenish your body . Take it easy on yourself, one or two a week is fine. Think about something else for 5 minutes, paint, dance, laugh, relax you are awsome!👍🏾
