I’m not a Christian but I do keep an open mind to all religions becos they all have valuable lessons. So when I got to a point in my life I just could go anymore the trauma I endured hit me hard. So as a young lady I was bounced around from foster home to foster home because my mom and dad had a bad drug addiction. I was verbally abused so I was always made to feel like I was nothing! I never had the mommy love and as for dad... he was never a dad. As I grew up and now have a child of my own! I’ve learned love! And I am in the gym daily! Sometimes 2 times a day because I am strengthening my mind! And finding that I am a warrior! Now I work a full time job! Back in school! Hit the gym every day! While raising my daughter as a single mother! I am her beast! I am her protector! I am her warrior! I even got Female Warrior tattooed on my arm so I remind my self daily! Of what and who I am!

My mom grew up similarly and my dad abused her and was an alcoholic. At 7 the police separated them and my mom had to care for us on her own. I have so much respect for her and yourself. She is a awesome role model (2 pgds) and I'm sure you're kid will look up to you the same way I do. It's hard not to. You're an amazing, rare mother.

Custom playlist for my first half-marathon with 0:01-2:54 as intro and 2:55-5:47 for the final 1/2 mile stretch. The level of focus and motivation I felt was beyond anything I've ever felt. While looking for my running buddies at the finish line I learned they hadn't finished yet. First time ever for any run with them. They soon finished and we all exchanged congrats and high-fives. Not once did I remember passing them. This race was truly against myself and the feeling of it all was incredible. Stay motivated🤘
