To anybody who’s reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind right now. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.

Meditation should not be something you do for 5-20 minutes a day. Meditation is something you should practice in everything you do; while you’re brushing teeth, cleaning, eating, talking, walking, driving, etc. 🧘♂️🙏🏼

This is wild because the concept of doing one thing at a time and bringing the attention back to task when it drifts off is akin to meditation. The very same practice is like doing curls for consciousness. Presence and total involvement can make any and all areas of life a meditation. Flow is meditation.

In islam , we have this practice of concentration 5 times a day As we leave everything to pray to one God on the fixed stated times This not only exercises discipline , concentration , peace but it also boosts ur spirituality on a greater level.

I may be somewhat lazy yet I work on myself constantly I' ve learened to practice to focus on considerating way back then because I wanna be happy and right on! Yet one thing that is extremely difficult for me is to let go of the energy bloodsuckers I let in my life. This is my own fault not theirs So thank you very much I need to stop letting these people into my life so at the end of the day I canbe happy.

Complexity is the enemy of execution. Simplify complex tasks into simpler steps. Interest is also something you can't control. It's good to point or aim at the things that truly grip us. Then concentration and focus can be that much easier. I would start there.

This is such a great and positive video. It's true. I keep buying all sorts of courses, but I do not practice them :( it's like a virus. I want to buy more and more, but I am truly not able to concentrate even on conversations, watching video (my mind keeps jumping from one thought to another). I can't be present in a moment. What a great video. It opened my confused heart ❤️
