People scam these companies like crazy with bs returns. I understand completely them not refunding until the product is back with them. I wouldn’t order anything camera or electronics related from Amazon because the chances of getting a faulty already returned item is decently high.

Well, the bad part is I bought this directly from the seller through Amazon not knowing that all their product is going to be an Amazon warehouse even though Amazon was claiming that it was not it into 360 said it was

@@hautehussey no I know, it was at an Amazon warehouse for fulfillment for Insta360. But originally Amazon was telling me it came directly from Insta360 and that I had to deal with them first.

Had one of those "phone mount gimbals" before (DJI Osmo - Original). Never worked right because my phone (iPhone 11 Pro) was too heavy. Never balanced correctly. I hate those things. Now I have the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 (built in screen) and it is amazing.

I'm so glad I live in a place where the laws don't allow for all of this. Here if you got it from Amazon then it is there responsibility no matter where it was shipped from if it stops working within 2 years

@@motivationtheoryrunning Denmark, but I think the rule applies all over the EU for at least 1 year from delivery.

I think that’s a great rule. I mean most companies have a one-year warranty on things but they put you through so much nonsense that you won’t even navigate it because it is so ridiculous.

@@motivationtheoryrunning There are 3 different things that apply here, for online purchases you have a "cool off period" for 14 days after delivery where you can return it no matter what even without a fault. Then a guarantee for the 1st year where it is presumed the fault always existed and isn't down to damage etc, for the 2nd year it's a warranty where you need to be able to demonstrate the fault always existed in the product. These are the legal minimum a company has to offer and it is always the seller responsible for handling it, the only time you would deal with the manufacturer is if you had an extended warranty and you had already past those 2 years.

Things are getting crazy, I bought a Garmin 265 at Best Buy using cash and wanted to return it to buy a 965. I was told they would have to mail me a check even though their policy says over $850 would be a check. Safe to say I’m never buying anything there again lol

Actions like that are why they are shutting down stores...the one in my town shut down a year ago and is not a planet fitness lol

Ironically, your advertisement before the video was the insta360. That's why I'm not a technology guy. Sometimes simple is better. Good luck.

Well then they pay to have the advertisement and i get some of that..lol. I understand things happen, but this level of nonsense by Amazon and partly by Insta is crazy.

I think it because the people that scammed them by not sending things back that they were supposed to. I remember sometimes they would be like, it does not work? Sending another...right away
