Lol,that's funny,my girlfriend back then was infatuated with Nikki but said I looked like Tommy,we went to see them here in Buffalo,NY at the old Memorial Auditorium "The Aud" on their Dr. Feel-good tour,and it was louder and a way better show than anything else I saw before that,but id say Metallica AJFA tour just before this one was about the same,id love to be able to go back to them days,there will never be anything like it,we were all very Blessed to grow up in that era,you can't beat it

Actually pretty good sounding performance!! Vince Neil one of my favorite studio voices in the history who I’ve never thought of as a great live singer. He definitely surprises me at times.

My God!!! They sounded so good back then.. you could hear them all singing background vocals at the end. Vince’s voice was so strong. What a difference 30+ years makes 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️Saw them May of 1990. One of my first shows ever.

@@MotleyLand - motley has been doing it at live shows as well since then going back to Girls Tommy wore headphones back in the day if you remember (had a headset mic built in) Those are for the click track and the backing tracks that are prerecorded I’m a drummer that has used this method many times in other bands that I was a “hired gun” for

He could have been this standard pretty consistently if he had cared. Sixx calls him lazy in the book, and that's what I've always seen with Vince, a guy that could deliver but didn't care enough to do the maintenance. The guys who are still out there sounding good are the ones with diligence and a dedication to the craft.
