First of all, that stick spin had NO business being in this cover... you can tell it lands right after the beat... I shake my head.. ALSO I go into 16th notes on the hi hat right after the solo... Bad idea. Thats not how the song goes!
Other than that, this one is a ton of fun to play!the cymbal grabs, the constant hands, and some pretty awesome guitar riffs!

Hey man, absolutely loved this drum cover. I've been listening to Motley Crue a lot recently and I have been watching many drum cover videos and now I want to learn how to play drums but I don't know where or how to start. I don't have room in my house for a drumset or money to buy one. Any tips?

oh dude, thats sick! Honestly, I would start by getting a set of sticks. I hear ya in the fact that I dont usually play because its so friggin loud! So I find I use either a pillow or a practice pad to learn new rudiments etc. Another great thing to do is to pick a few bands with easier songs. Motley crue is a GREAT place to start. Learn some of the basic 4/4 beats and just jam along. it doesnt have to be perfect. But being able to keep time and having fun are 2 of the most important things (I think) The other thing would be to just study who you love. I can tell you how many hours I have watched guys like John Bonham, The Rev, Mike Portnoy, Tommy Lee, Chris Adler, Vinnie Paul, Rudi. Just to see how they are playing, what they do for certain fills, etc. Okay last point! If you have a buddy who plays guitar or bass or even a keyboard. I highly recommend jamming with them because you can learn how to improvise! :) Hope that helps a little. Its a long journey, but a VERY fun one

@@notyou6491 I’d say a 5B is pretty standard. I lean towards ProMark or Ahead. And hmm.. I started with Ringo Starr to be completely honest, then moved to Zeppelin, Motley, GnR and then heavier stuff like Lamb of god, avenged sevenfold etc. Depends on what you like!!
