My wife and I rode the same routes as you and Broc last summer on the DR. We spent 14 days out there. Camped in a 3 man backpacking tent every night. We are 67 and have been married 47 years. Keep it up brother. We enjoy watching all your videos. You are an inspiration.

Your video with Brock is really great also and tells your side of the ride which makes it even better. The drone shot of you each going your own way was epic. As I have told Brock I have a new thumb nail Title for your future rides together this summer. Called “Joe and the Kid” makes sense to me. Ha ha. I’am 77 so have a few years on you but love riding in the dirt also. Rick my riding friend is 76. With both ride Tiger 800’s. So far so good. Well Joe looking forward to watching the continuation of your trip to Virginia. Really enjoyed the podcast with you and Brock. Side note Rick was an airline pilot also. I flew also so seems aviators seem to end up riding motorcycles. Take care! Will be watching!!

More times than not, friends met on the trail turn into friends for life! A meal shared, an evening around the campfire and few minutes spent figuring out a route, and you can have a friend from now on! Hey JR. New subscriber here and just binge watched your "how the west was run" series. Getting back into motorcycling this year and picked up a ktm 390 adventure. Sad part is, its winter here in wyoming so no riding anytime soon. But, in the meantime, I am watching all your videos. You have really put the desire into me to do the Wyoming BDR. Looking to see what I have. I used IDBDR across Magruder Corridor. Rest was pavement except from Dillon, MT to west yellow stone. That was from Best of Montana Tracks which I found in ADVrider forums. I have that if to pm me on Messenger.

No. I use a hardened heavy duty Chinese phone (Oukitel) just for navigation. Regular use phone would need one most likely. I keep that one safe in pocket.
