ah yes you too got slammed with a $65 dollar repair quote for an hour of labor at the risk of soldering. one thinghe forgot to mention is to use an electronic safe adhesive glue, a tube of B7000 will be needed to place the back of it back on.

What are the black & white wires for and what do they go to?

If what I am seeing is correct, the black wire is the internal antenna. Its either that or it works with the speaker.

Ok but here's the problem it gets hot at the top when I replace the screen what cause that

Heat spreader graphite sheet is missing or is bad or not readhered properly, and or u did not use thermo paste between the phone body and motherboard chip... Just a thought
