Thanks for nice step-by-step manual. Excellent. I just got 5 of these for screen replacements. BUT! You glued down battery using a widest static adhesive tape I ever seen. What if your customer will brake screen again in 3 months? Glue will harden and battery will be rubbish after removal. I strongly suggest use removable adhesive for smartphone batteries (like Tesa) I also used black Tesa adhesive tape instead of glue. Just a little bit more play with precision knife, to cut excessive all around screen and frame, but worth its effect. Thanks for very good video, how to replace the screen.

Thanks for the detail. When I removed the glass on my XT1922-2, I damaged the rubber? gasket that sits between the touch screen and the frame. Is this available from you as a replacement part?

I have ordered a replacement glass screen which does not come attached to an LCD display. I attempted to follow the instructions only deviating by using the old LCD display and attaching the new screen with glue. Unfortunately the phone is unresponsive. Do you have any idea as to what might have gone wrong?

rosario bavetta , the screen of Moto g6 Play is a complete screen ( touch screen + lcd screen in just one piece) you can separe the screens only if you have special tools. The advice from the manufacteur is to change the complete screen so...try to buy another spare part and change it :) Wish you good luck!

Mine doest have the little black things to pull the battery out :( what do I do?

Why doesnt my battery have the two black tabs?..... And the plastic piece at the bottom is connected to the rest of the big black piece of plastic that includes the camera's dust cover.... :( I cant get the battery out. And I see no remnants of any black tabs. Helpppp
