Great bike! Great flyscreen! I've got a Dart Classic (max Tint) but this one also looks very decent.

Thank you! This was a BMW R nine T flyscreen for whom I’ve made stainless steel brackets to fit the V7 headlight. Took a bit of fiddling but the result was great.

Is it good bike for the first bike? I consider this or triumph t100, but the moto guzzi is cheaper. I am a little scary that its easier to break the engine because that two cylinders.

Had zero issues with Moto Guzzi while owning it. Just do the maintenance and you’re good. These are solid bikes, easy to work on, easy to maintain and to repair.

What can you tell us about this bike? Do you like it? Would you recommend it? Im not someone who needs or wants a fast bike. Is it reliable? Fun? Just from visuals I am in love with seeing the cylinder heads sticking out from underneath the tank. Your camera is stunning! I thought it was AI for a second. Thanks!

Hey there! I've since sold this motorcycle because I needed a motorcycle that was fit to my needs and height. There were days when I've covered over 800 kilometers on this V7. The seat is very comfortable, handling is decent in the standard form but can be vastly improved with some suspension upgrades. Built quality: I would rate it as a 9/10, so in my book it is very good. I consider it to be a very reliable bike, It had 0 issues in the 7000 kilometers I've covered in its saddle. Maintenance wise everything is in a coffee's time reach. Changing all the oils - engine / gearbox / drive shaft -> one hour maximum. Adjusting the valves: 30 minutes or so. Doing the maintenance yourself is SO convenient on this motorcycle. For sure I'm gonna miss this aspect. If you get some exhaust cans for it, you will hear one of the most pleasant v-twin engine sound. It's just like a fine tuned orchestra. In the future I plan to get back to the Guzzi gang. Amazing motorcycles in my book. I'd 100% buy one again to have it as my side bike for the lazy Sunday morning rides. Regarding my camera - thank you! It's a standard GoPro Hero 11 Black, nothing fancy, no video editing implied other than cutting / trimming parts of the videos.

@@vladsbikeshed Thank you so much for your response! I appreciate it. It seems Guzzi owners past, present etc either love their bikes or hated their ownership experience due to some variation of bad dealer support or issues with the bike. Those who love the brand say they are one of the most reliable and easy to work on bikes ever. That said, you're an amazing rider and thank you for your content! Cheers!

@@shmac96 You're welcome! Thank you for asking and giving me the chance to say what I think about this motorcycle. Lack of dealership should not be a concern since the Guzzi community is a very bonded one. You can find tutorials for about anything you want to fix on this bike. More than this, if you take care of it, it should give you a trouble-free ownership. Like anything besides a catastrophic engine failure can be fixed on the side of the road with a minimum of tools. Good luck doing that with a more complex motorcycle. My opinion is that Guzzi is not for everyone. You either like it or not. No in between. If you like the nowadays sci-fi motorcycles with more technology than a car has, then Guzzi is not for you, even though it has certain models that are also filled with technology (e.g. V100) If you like the visceral mechanical noise that transversal engine makes, the throttle body roll, the ease of maintenance, the simplicity this bike offers, the classical design, then this bike it's for you. This brand is having more than 100 years of continuously producing motorcycles. They know how to make motorcycles that are in tune with your soul. I think the V7 is the most genuine modern classic you can get at this moment.

Hi Vlad, nice video. I'm wondering what petrol tank cap you have on the bike??
@vladsbikeshed
@vladsbikeshed Жыл бұрын
Hi, Richard! It is a Monza gas cap, that was made for Triumph Bonneville. It is a bolt on part, it uses the same threads as the Triumph and probably Harley Davidson Sportster.

@@richardhurley2962 Thank you, Richard! I'm aiming to get an older look / style, something like the race bikes of the 60's and 70's. But other than aesthetics, I like this gas cap because of two specific reasons: 1. It doesn't rattle as the one from the factory does when you hit pot holes / speed bumps / road irregularities (normal behaviour) 2. Being a flip-up type cap, you don't need to worry where you're going to put the cap when you fill the tank. Thank you!

@@Ju-qt9ew Salutare!

:) Drumuri bune !

@vladsbikeshed Жыл бұрын
Salutare, multumesc mult! Drumuri bune! Hai cu achizitia!
