I have a 1989 Moto Guzzi Mille GT with over 51,000 miles on it. I also have a 2013 Moto Guzzi V7 Stone. I have owned Kawasaki, Ducati,i Triumph, Zundapp, BMW, Suzuki, Indian, Moto Morini and Laverda and love them all--but will stay with Moto Guzzi. Fantastic brand for a "senior citizien" who does not need 100+ horsepower, 550 pounds of machine, and just wants to enjoy and keep motorcycling as long as possible.

You've described exactly how this bike is. It's just right. I have the electric blue, and it never stops turning heads, never stops giving you the power and maneuverability you need. It's in an incredible around-the-town bike. Perfect.

Great video! I have owned a MG and loved that engine. I definitely want to buy another in the future. I have had sport bikes and cruiser bikes. The V7 would really be a return to the simple joy of one bike that can be all things and uncomplicated.

One of the best reviews I have seen.I just bought a v7lll carbon edition NOS 2018, although i am very enthusiastic about the the bike. You passion for the bike has made me feel like i made the right decision, like you said this is a good candidate for my forever bike.

It's absolutely a KEEPER. I'm so in love with this bike. I'm slowly seeing more of them around town. My Electric Blue V7 iii Stone is a head turner at almost every stop light. Surprised I don't see more of em. Step up your marketing game Guzzi!

Got the 2017 moto guzzi v9 bobber, I'll add one thing...these bikes smooth out and change with each thousand miles you put on them. Also enjoy the sound of walking into a room with 100 grandfather clocks when you park up, until someone mentions it that can go unnoticed ;)

Good review and a nice antidote to the usual bland format. I prefer the Special though for the more 'Classic Look' as I'm not keen on matt paint and the single clock on the Stone, just looks awkward.
