Moto Guzzi V85TT - A Spirited Ride

I took a new Moto Guzzi V85TT for a test ride at Americade and we were lucky to get a clear road ahead for this section. I'm following an Aprilia Tuareg, a Tuono 660 and Moto Guzzi V100S. The pace we rode is what I'd call 'spirited', though I'm only working with about 2/3 the horsepower of the others, so I get gapped at times. That's ok, my riding competence is only slightly above that of the average houseplant.
I actually really liked this bike! It reminds me a bit of my BMW R100GSPD, except since it's not 30 years old it doesn't have any weird creaks or rattles. It was quick above 4k rpm and sounded good, though quiet. The ergonomics were great, though for long hauls I'd want some highway pegs and the cylinders would make that tricky. Fun ride!
