Hi Ranjit..I am planning to buy the moto x style..awaiting your review. On query that I have is whether moto x allows you to control the volume and track shifting via a samsung or sennheiser headset plugged as my moto G somehow doesnt allow me to do it and its a bummer especially for walks and runs. Hi, nice review thanks! Got a marshmallow update already early morning today (Indian version dual sim). Getting 4 hours plus screen on time. Nice!! The dose option works wonder. Plus internal storage option 16 GB version is a non issue now with the ability to format sd card as internal storage.I guess an add-on review post marshmallow will help others.

Initially i want to cheer you for the review you are doing great. i always consider your review as my first choice before buying any gadget. i am completely satisfied with all the spec except the Battery review and heating issue. please tell me, i will use phone for more whats app and Facebook, lot of music, Little for Games, Lot for calls and i do travel alot. will this phone be suitable for me? Please tell me how did you get 2 days of battery backup with it? i mean what did you do to reach such good backup. literally speaking i am not sure what kind of user am i (heavy user or moderate user). that's why i told you my routine.

You are sort of a moderate to heavy user, it will not last your for 2 days in-fact if you do gaming you might have to top it up in the evenings as I told you a approx SOT of around 3 to 3.5 hrs that I was getting.

The Galaxy A8 gave me better battery life almost about 4 odd hrs of SOT so in battery life that was better I guess as it has just a 1080p screen but the Moto X Style just felt a lot more fluid in operations also Samsung mid-range phones are not known to get latest android updates so your call.

Hi ranjit, you are making good videos hence keep it up. I have been using the motor x style 32gb since its launch in 2015 and I am very happy. As mentioned by you the only problem is the battery. My phone now has a major battery issue and works only for 30 minster without charge. My question is where can I get a battery replacement as I don't want to buy a new phone as this one is really tops. I know it has a sealed back but I have been informed that the battery can be replaced. 2 hat is your opinion.

But I think I will be getting the OP 2 since I mostly use my device for gaming and OP2 has SC 810 Adreno 430 which will serve me better.. plus better battery life on OP2.. Only disadvantage of getting the OP2 as against MXS is display quality and turbo charging..

I personally like heavy phones. I once held the Moto X 2015 (courtesy of +MyProject13) and it was heavy and felt like a tank. I don't like when a phone is expensive and you can't even tell you paid for something that's physically here. A heavy phone feels like it was a better investment. That's just how I perceive it though. I will consider any phone regardless of weight. I just like heavier ones.

Hi Ranjeet I have bought moto x style. However I am not very happy with the screen as its very yellow. All the whites are slightly yellow. Looks like reading from an old paperback. Please tell me if you noticed yellowish display in your review unit

Mine is not a review it's a retail unit that I purchased from flipkart the screen is okay it has that slight yellow warm tint but it's not that bad compared to other devices for example the Nexus check this video that I made earlier kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJPblaeAhrifq68 and the screen is miles better than the Moto X 2014 that had a yellow screen whites looked pale yellow on that.
