This is my go to exercise before a ride or parking lot practice. Enjoy your day! 😊

I am a new rider, and it's Day 2 of owning my first bike. I purchased the training tutorial and focused on Slow Race for an hour today in a parking lot. My clutch control improved dramatically, even though I can't do the exercise perfectly as described. It boosted my confidence, and I'll keep practicing the fundamentals everyday when I can.

I have been working on this for a couple weeks. I used to do this on my bicycle just by counter steering. On a bicycle you can move forward just with the counter steering movment. (Back in the day--I'm older now). In any case, I only just noticed Andrey stalls the motorcycle at 3:48! Just like me a few times.

For the smaller bikes i find it easy for just clutch and throttle if its on a flat surface. But on slopes going up and the bigger bikes i have to use the rear brakes and keep throttle and clutch constant.

Shouldn't you point your front wheel to the left, when you are tipping towards the right?

Release the clutch all the way or to the friction zone when bike begins to tip over?

You're in the friction zone the entire time

Great video, is the rear brake only used for completely stopping the bike (When the clutch is completely disengaged) or to also help keep overall balance during riding?
@MotoControlEn
@MotoControlEn 2 жыл бұрын
I personally think it's better to apply rear brake when clutch is disengaged, for this reason: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJe4cmuhq5alfdU Dragging the rear brake is bit easier, but for me it's better to spend some time and learn to do it the "proper way":)

Wrong info you do not use the throttle and the clutch to control your speed use throttle and clutch to maintain bike stability while applying rear brake to control speed you're slipping the clutch in order to create a gyroscopic situation with the crank standing the bike up and stabilizing it that is done by slipping the clutch at higher RPMs than idle while controlling speed with rear brake to spin motor to force the motorcycle to want to stand up.
